Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical training to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices and browsers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
- Proficiency in server-side languages like Node.js or Python.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
