Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across Windows/Linux environments
- Deploy and maintain cloud solutions including Azure and AWS services
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system health using tools like Nagios and Zabbix
- Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or systems administration
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between offices
