Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and architecture design to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions.
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols and best practices across the development stack.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end libraries such as React.js or Vue.js.
- Expertise in back-end technologies including Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Relocation willingness: Must be able to move to Wichita, Kansas.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
