Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews to ensure quality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska.
