Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across various devices and browsers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC, and valid documentation for the move.
