The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the development of our flagship SaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable front-end and back-end web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Architect and optimize database solutions to ensure high performance and data integrity.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks in production systems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first but collaborative office environment.
