Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define features and ensure technical feasibility.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure 99.99% uptime and fast load times.
- Testing: Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Docker and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and containerization (Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid team setting.
