Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across all devices.
- Code Review: Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices and coding standards.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain code quality and reliability.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or similar modern stack).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
