Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Architect and implement high-performance APIs and microservices to support our product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize database performance, and ensure system reliability and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
- Experience with server-side technologies including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
