Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance optimization.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced agile environment.
