As a Senior Developer, you won't just write code; you will lead architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and set the technical standard for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or .NET).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term technical solutions.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure data security and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert-level knowledge of at least one major front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Deep understanding of server-side programming (Node.js, Express, or Python).
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools (Sequelize, TypeORM).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
