Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Ensure security best practices are followed across all development stages.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Django).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
