Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize database performance and ensure high availability of our services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with React.js, Redux, and modern frontend libraries.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend service architecture.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
