Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on both frontend and backend performance.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase, ensuring stability and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
