Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define features and user experience.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure high availability and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js).
- Strong proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Sequelize, Django ORM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
