Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance and optimize load times, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- API Development: Design and document RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services securely.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar runtime environments.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
