Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of high-traffic web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Design and optimize database schemas and backend APIs (Node.js/Python) for maximum performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous technical code reviews to enforce engineering excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies to ensure software reliability.
- troubleshoot complex production issues and provide innovative architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in React and Node.js ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
