Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
