Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and AWS.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and low latency for all services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to enforce best practices.
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive project timelines effectively.
- Testing & Debugging: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend Proficiency: Expert level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Database Skills: Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with MongoDB or Redis.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
