Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new tools and techniques where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with back-end languages and frameworks: Node.js (Express), Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or C# (.NET Core).
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
