Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable front-end and back-end web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero-latency user experiences and high security standards.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for software development and deployment.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Debug complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions in real-time.
- Conduct technical research to evaluate new technologies and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong backend skills with Node.js or Python, and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
