Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Backend, QA) to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement optimizations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Testing & Deployment: Develop automated test suites and CI/CD pipelines to streamline the release process.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and code reviews to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js or similar frameworks.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP), Git, Docker, and Agile methodologies.
