Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and team knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility for end-users.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep knowledge of at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue) and one major backend technology (Node.js, .NET, or Java).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
