As a key member of our engineering squad, you will drive the development of high-performance applications that power our clients' operations. This is a full-time, on-site position in the heart of Detroit.
Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize Performance: Analyze and optimize application code for speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices for testing and security.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Database: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
