Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, user-centric web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure system scalability and high availability.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements.
- Optimize database queries and improve overall application performance metrics.
- Maintain security best practices and compliance standards across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong proficiency with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
