Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on performance and usability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, technical architecture discussions, and agile planning sessions.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and optimize application performance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python).
- Demonstrable experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Must be eligible to work in the USA and open to visa sponsorship (H1B).
