Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define technical requirements and deliver features.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve bugs with a focus on long-term stability.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or Django).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
