Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers and engineering interns.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Maintain and upgrade existing legacy systems to improve efficiency and stability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Backend experience with Node.js or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
