Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding standards and documentation.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsive user interfaces across devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Implement robust security measures to protect user data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert level experience with React.js and Node.js or Express.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
