Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure standards are met.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to identify and resolve bugs efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend Expertise: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and modern CSS libraries.
- Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python; RESTful API development.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
