Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows/Linux environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Deploy and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection systems
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for team training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system issues
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
