Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimize database performance and API response times for maximum efficiency.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies to drive sprint delivery and project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and SQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
