Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Testing: Implement rigorous testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure product stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
