Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define features and specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster team growth and code quality.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure application security and data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience is accepted.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with database systems, including SQL and NoSQL solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
