- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical leadership within the Agile squad.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies to ensure product reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and Node.js.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, urgent hiring environment.
- Agile: Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
