Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Design and maintain robust RESTful APIs and database schemas.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of front-end state management and back-end architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
