Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software architectures using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js on the frontend and Node.js or Python on the backend.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Lead code reviews, conduct technical mentoring sessions, and guide junior developers in their professional growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimization: Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure a seamless user experience.
- CI/CD: Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines to streamline the development lifecycle.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions to overcome technical debt.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
