Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and ensure code quality and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best standards are met.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Demonstrated experience with relational databases (SQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (critical for remote collaboration).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
