Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Eligible to work in the United States and willing to undergo the visa sponsorship process.
