Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance optimization and security best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to engineering standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to testing and deployment.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and implement timely fixes to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
- Backend proficiency in Node.js or Python, including RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
