Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-traffic web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize database performance and ensure the security and reliability of backend services.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments and implement robust solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and state management.
- Expertise in back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
