Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and secure web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical decision-making within the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application speed and user experience.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js or Python, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
