Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical discussions to foster a culture of learning.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance and optimize database queries to ensure lightning-fast user experiences.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product reliability and stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
