Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies like React and Node.js.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and deliver solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines to automate testing and release processes.
- Security & Compliance: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and ensure applications comply with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend Mastery: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
