Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact healthcare software solutions
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize application performance and implement robust security measures
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, Express, and RESTful API design
- Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and cloud architecture
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
