Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices for coding standards and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, Backend) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architectural design, and deployment.
- Identify technical debt and implement refactoring strategies to improve system stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
