Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and robust backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Code Quality: Lead architectural decisions and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards of maintainability, performance, and security across the entire codebase.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and UX Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-fidelity prototypes.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Optimization: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript, with deep knowledge of at least one major framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Backend Proficiency: Expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Data Management: Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
