Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and architectural standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement optimizations to improve application speed, reliability, and security.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to streamline the release process and ensure production stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on full stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) is required.
- Backend: Strong understanding of Node.js, Python, or Java. Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Database: Expert knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
