Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
- Lead the architecture of front-end and back-end systems using modern technologies.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.
- Optimize database queries and API response times for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define project requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during code reviews.
- Identify and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
