Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex full-stack web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust error handling and logging systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
